How to get here:

Walk: The Bay-to-Bay Cycle and Walkway, which runs from Ryde to Botany Bay, passes within 750m of the main gate of our Strathfield Campus.

ACU Shuttle BusWe run a free shuttle bus between Strathfield Station and the Strathfield Campus. This service runs Monday to Friday all year round, except for Christmas and public holidays. The shuttle bus leaves from the ‘Kiss and Ride’ stand in Strathfield Square on the south side of Strathfield Station. It has ACU signage. The shuttle bus stop on campus is located just inside the Barker Road main entry. The last bus leaves campus at 9.15pm. Buses leave within 1-2 minutes of posted departure times. Times may vary due to traffic conditions. 

Bike: There are two bike lock-up points on Strathfield Campus:

  • Main campus: Once entering the campus through the main gate on Barker Road, the bike racks are located on the right-hand side of the driveway on the grassed area.
  • Edward Clancy Building: Bike lockers can be found in the rear car park of the Edward Clancy Building, at 163-167 Albert Road. Follow the driveway on the right-hand side of the building around to the rear car park. The bike lockers are directly in front of you as you go down the drive.

Bus: The following 10 bus services stop at Strathfield Station: Sydney Buses 408, 415, 458, 459, 466, 480, 525, 526 and Veolia Transport Buses 913, 914.

Train: Strathfield Station is a major transport hub located on the Western, Inner West, Northern, South, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, and Newcastle and Central Coast train lines. To get to Strathfield Campus from the station, you can use the ACU shuttle bus or take a 20-minute walk from the station to the campus, via Albert Road.
