 Conference  Package 2020


Covid will not stop us! We have taken on the creative and practical challenge to redesign our original conference agenda. 

Materialise - the annual TEA Conference for 2020 has been flipped to provide a program of pre-recorded content designed to support teachers to update knowledge and practice with a focus on emerging technologies. 

The conference video package will be open to register and download within a three week period between Friday 16 October until 6 November

The conference team has sourced a range of courses prepared by industry experts, designed to meet the diverse needs of Technology teachers and a focus on engaging and challenging students.

Note: One registration equals to an individual, not a school, order. 


Reflections

An email to registered participants will be sent containing the link to submit their Participant Reflection. Participants must complete a reflection for the session you have completed. It is up to the participant to track that they have completed Participant Reflection forms for 5 or more session hours eligible for the registered PD hours. 

You must complete 5 hours of professional development and submit the appropriate number of evaluations to reflection the session you chose to attend.

Technology Educators Association through the Professional Teachers’ Council NSW- is endorsed to provide the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered Professional Development for teachers accredited at Proficient, Highly Accomplished, and Lead levels.

Completing the Materialise, on 16/10/2020- 30/10/2020 will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 6.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
