Welcome to the TEA Conference Website for 2019
The Technology Teachers' Association of NSW are pleased to once again hold their Annual Conference on 24 & 25 May 2019.
CREATE - INNOVATE - COLLABORATE
One part of the conference will focus on providing updates for participants about the changes in syllabus and delivery of content.
Industry representatives will present sessions with the aim to provide participants the chance to engage in authentic, contextual learning experiences to develop engaging and meaningful teaching strategies for the 21st century classroom.
Workshops
As quality technology educators, we need to embrace the challenge of preparing students for life in an ever changing complex and cognitively demanding technological world. The workshops incorporate new technologies to enhance student learning through creative practices. They utilise an appropriate pedagogical toolbox and weave key skill areas (creativity, innovation, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making) into specific curriculum areas, current trends and forthcoming curriculum developments.

TEA NSW ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TEA NSW wishes to invite you to our Annual General Meeting.
All members are welcome to attend the meeting at the following details:
Date: 25th of May 2019
Venue: Canley Vale High School from 8:30-9:00am.
The AGM will take place before the TEA NSW 2019 Conference.
